§ Mr. WILLIAM THORNEasked the President of the Board of Trade if anything has been done by the Board of Trade to prevent the excessive overcrowding 1216W that is taking place day by day on the District Railway between Upton Park Station and Aldgate East?
Mr. BUXTONI have received no complaints in this matter since I communicated at some length with my hon. Friend in March of last year, but I will ascertain whether the railway companies have been able to take any further steps in the matter, and will let him know the result.
§ Mr. W. THORNEasked the President of the Board of Trade how many workmen's tickets were issued at East Ham, Upton Park, and Plaistow stations on the District Railway from Sunday the 2nd February up till and including Saturday, the 8th February?
