§ Mr. MASTERMANUnder Section 3 of the Superannuation Act, 1887, half service in a temporary capacity, followed by established service, has been reckoned for pension in certain classes of cases in which the special circumstances were considered to warrant such a course. There has been no general Minute or other document on the subject.
