§ Mr. MARTINasked the President of the Local Government Board whether his attention has been called to the fact that the vaccination officer for North and East St. Pancras in sending out Form Q encloses therewith two cards, on neither of which is any reference made to the facilities provided by the Vaccination Act., 1907, for making a declaration of conscientious objection to vaccination, although the parent still has ample time in which to make such declaration; whether these cards have been issued by the Board or with their sanction; and, if not, will he give instructions for their withdrawal, seeing that they are calculated to mislead their recipients?
§ Mr. BURNSI have received a letter on this subject., and am communicating with the guardians upon it. The cards referred to are not issued by the Local Government Board.
