§ Mr. McKENNAThe Council of the Pharmaceutical Society was empowered by Section 4 of the Poisons and Pharmacy 45W Act of 1908 to make by-laws for the registration as chemists of qualified military dispensers and certified assistants to apothecaries; and the council have been pressed more than once to proceed with steps to give effect to this enactment. The question is not free from difficulties, but I am in communication with the Privy Council Office with a view to the matter being expedited as far as possible.
