Mr. BUXTONThe Board of Trade will be prepared to consider any representations from underwriters or other bodies interested on the subject of by-laws that may be submitted to them for confirmation as contemplated in the Pilotage Bill. Full opportunity will be given for such representations to be made, by publication of proposed by-laws.
