§ Mr. MASTERMANThe names of the four doctors in the question are: William Groom, M.D., Harry Groom, M.D., Horace Dimmock, M.B., M.R.C.S., L.R.C.P., and P. Coffey, L.H.C.S., L.R.C.P. The three doctors whose names are first mentioned are treating insured persons in the borough of Wisbech, and Dr. Coffey is undertaking the same work in the urban district of Chatteris. Dr. William Groom and Dr. Harry Groom have both practised in the Wisbech area.
