§ Mr. RUNCIMANThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. The posts have been advertised, and applications will be accepted until Monday next, after which the qualifications of all candidates will have to be carefully considered; this will necessarily take a little time, but I hope to appoint the new inspectors early in September.
