§ Mr. BIRRELLApplication has been made by the Congested Districts Board to the Development Commissioners for a Grant towards harbour improvements at Dingle. The Commissioners have promised to consider a scheme of improvement if the Congested Districts Board, the Board of Works, and the local authority, who are now in correspondence on the subject, can agree on one.
