§ Mr. ELLIS GRIFFITHAs my right hon. Friend has already stated, no complaint of this nature has been received by the directors, and, in the absence of complaint, no ground exists for inquiry. The usual monthly inspection will shortly be taking place, and any complaint which may be made will be investigated on the spot.
