§ Mr. BIRRELLTwo thousand and fifty acres have been purchased or agreed to be purchased through the Estates Commissioners under the Irish Land Acts, 1903–9, including the Evicted Tenants Acts, by county Cavan evicted tenants reinstated in their former holdings or provided with new holdings, and the sum sanctioned for buildings and improvements repayable in the land purchase annuities is £3,558, and as free grants for purchase of stock £7,031.
