§ Mr. BIRRELLThe purchase agreements in this estate were lodged on the 29th July, 1907, and subsequent dates. It is on the principal register of direct sales (all cash), and, having regard to the claims of other estates, the Estates Commissioners are not at present in a position to say when it will be reached, but when so reached it will be dealt with as rapidly as practicable.
