§ Lord CHARLES BERESFORDasked the First Lord of the Admiralty if he will now reconsider the question of the pay of engineer-commanders; whether he is aware that definite Admiralty promise was made in Circular Letter No. 140 of December, 1902, that engineers would receive 24s. a day; whether he is aware that these officers have never received more than 18s. a day; and whether the case of these officers will be remedied?
