§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELAs stated on page 706 of the current issue of the Post Office Guide, the authorised time for completing the first delivery of letters in the Western and Paddington Town Districts is 8.45 a.m. I am inquiring whether the delivery is being extended beyond that time in any portion of Edgware Road, and, if so, will consider the question of expediting it.
