In pursuance of this decision the Board have made the Grants from the Development Fund which are set out in columns 3, 4, and 8 of the above statement, and they have offered considerably increased Grants in the future to the University Colleges at Aberystwyth and Bangor in order that the provision made in Wales for education and research in agriculture and forestry may be developed.
