§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELThe automatic telephone exchanges installed at Munich have been inspected by officers of the Post Office, and I hope shortly to be in a position to proceed with a trial installation of the type of equipment in use in that city. Other types have already been tested with satisfactory results.
