§ Mr. O'DONNELLasked the Chief Secretary whether a scheme of cottages has been put forward by the Killarney District Council for the town of Killorglin; whether this scheme provides for the building of houses without acquiring land; whether under the rules of the Local Government Board such schemes were intended to have a preference; and whether steps will be taken to have this scheme inquired into as soon as possible?
§ Mr. BIRRELLA scheme has been received from the Killarney Rural District2142W Council for the erection of houses in Killorglin, and the proposal is to acquire only sufficient land upon which to build the houses.
