HC Deb 14 April 1913 vol 51 c1656W
Mr. GOLDSTONE

asked the President of the Board of Trade whether he has received any complaints with respect to the number of hours worked by men on steam tugs in the Port of London; and whether he will cause inquiry to be made into the matter?

Mr. BUXTON

I have seen in the Press references to a meeting held in connection with the hours of labour of men engaged upon tugs, but no specific complaints upon the matter appear to have reached the Board of Trade.
