§ Mr. McKENNAThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. If, by the second part of the question, the Noble Lord means the right to attend at the services of the Church, the answer is also in the affirmative. If, however, he means the right of certain definite ministrations of the Church and its ministers, perhaps he will refer to them in detail, as no general answer can be given.
