§ Mr. HUGH LAWasked the Chief Secretary whether his attention has been drawn to the deficit in the capitation Grant towards the cost of maintenance of lunatics in Irish asylums during the past financial year; whether he is aware that in the case of the county of Donegal the deficit amounted to £1,011 7s. 10d.; and whether he can take any steps in the matter?
