Mr. LEICESTER HARMSWORTHasked the Prime Minister, whether the committee which it is proposed to set up to deal with methods of procedure will consider the expediency of sending the Scottish Estimates to the Scottish Grand Committee, leaving the Report stage only to be dealt with by Committee of the whole House.
