§ Mr. MASTERMANI would refer the hon. Member to Appendix IV. (a) and (b) to the First Volume of Evidence given before the Royal Commission on the Civil Service (Cd. 6210 of 1912). With regard to the additions to Schedule B made under the proviso to Clause 11 of the Order in Council of 10th January, 1910, and the corresponding proviso in the Order in Council of 4th June, 1870, I am sending the hon. Member a printed list.
