HC Deb 03 April 1913 vol 51 c579W
Mr. REDDY

asked the Chief Secretary whether his attention has been drawn to the conduct of Mr. Byrne, inspector to the Estates Commissioners, in dealing with untenanted lands in Queen's County and at Borrisokane, county Tipperary, who has caused dissatisfaction by his treatment of applicants for allotments; and whether the Commissioners will have him removed from his present district and another inspector substituted?

Mr. BIRRELL

The Estates Commissioners are not aware that there is any foundation for the allegation in the first part of the question. The reply to the second paragraph is in the negative.
