asked the Secretary of State for War whether lieutenants of the Royal Garrison Artillery of six years' service who have qualified for promotion will receive, after the 1st January, 1914, the extra 2s. 6d. per day in addition to the ordinary pay of 6s. 10d. and 2s. armament pay; and, if not, what additional rates of pay will be given to officers of the Royal Garrison Artillery?
