Mr. LAMBERTIn declining to publish the amounts of the tenders the Admiralty follow the general practice of Government Departments, adhered to after a full consideration of the subject; but I shall be happy, to investigate any arguments which my hon. Friend may care to advance in favour of a change of policy.
