§ Mr. LLOYD GEORGE15.7 per cent, of the total acreage in Great Britain had been valued up to the 30th September, 1912, for the purposes of the original valuation. This includes most of the undeveloped land. All the original valuations made will in time serve for the purpose of ascertaining Increment Value Duty, and these valuations had been completed on 30th September, 1912, as regards 32.9 per cent, of the estimated number of hereditaments in Great Britain.
