§ Mr. ROYDSasked the Chancellor whether, seeing that an inquiry as to whether the true site value of agricultural land is being ascertained, and whether Increment Value Duty is being claimed when there is no rise in site value, involves questions with which a committee of experts are eminently qualified to deal, he will, after affording the House an opportunity of discussing the terms of reference and constitution, set up such a Committee to deal with these and other matters of practical valuation?
