§ Mr. H. BAKERThe Committee have not submitted any Report that could be conveniently published. When their inquiries are completed and their final recommendations submitted, the Secretary of State will consult the Government of India as to publication. No decision has yet been come to with regard to the matters mentioned in the second and third parts of the question, but they are engaging the closest attention of the Government of India and of my Noble Friend the Secretary of State.
