§ Mr. HOBHOUSEThere are at present thirty-five magistrates upon the rota for Warrington, and there does not seem to be any need, therefore, of appointing new justices. Communications have reached me since the Noble Lord put down his question to the intent that new magistrates are in no way required. I may add that Petty Sessions are held daily, and an average of eleven magistrates are summoned daily.
