§ Mr. RUNCIMANThe permanent and pensionable employés at Kew are exempt from the provisions of the Act, and certain classes of the unestablished employés. are included under Section 47, whereby they pay reduced contributions and are entitled to sick leave with two-third's pay for a period not exceeding three months in any year. Other classes of unestablished employés come under the ordinary provisions of the Act.
