§ Mr. AMERYasked the Postmaster-General whether, in the event of an increase in Imperial taxation in Ireland due to expenditure upon purely domestic British purposes, it is intended that a Grant equivalent to such increased taxation shall be added to the Transferred Sum; if so what authority is to decide whether any particular expenditure is for a purely British purpose; and what authority is to decide the correct amount of the equivalent Grant?
