Dr. ESMONDEasked the Home Secretary whether his attention has been called to a publication entitled Fight or be—, issued by the Kingscote Press, 3, Dyer's Buildings, Holborn Bars, in which an attempt is made to raise ill-feeling in this country against Germany; and if he will take steps to have the book suppressed, on the ground that it makes an inflammatory attack on a friendly Power?
