§ Mr. T. W. RUSSELLTwenty prosecutions under the Act referred to were instituted by the Department in the current year. Convictions were obtained and fines imposed in all these cases. The whole time of one of the Department's permanent officers was occupied in connection with work under this Act for about three months during the year.
