§ Mr. GOULDINGasked the Secretary of State for War, whether he is aware that the War Office make a grant to members of the Officers' Training Corps of the junior division of a sum of £1 per annum for every efficient cadet, and that such grant is made in the case of schools which receive no financial aid from the Board of Education to cadets over the age of fifteen years, but in the case of schools which receive this aid the grant is limited to pupils over the age of sixteen years; whether there is any reason for such discrimination between two classes of schools; and whether he will see his way to have the same discontinued?
§ Colonel SEELYI would refer the hon. Gentleman to my reply to a question on this subject put by the hon. Gentleman the Member for the Rye Division of Sussex on Monday last.
