§ Mr. WEIGALLasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will authorise the publication of the decisions of the referees on cases referred to them under Section 33 of the Finance (1909–10) Act, 1910, so that the referees may have the guidance of past decisions in framing their awards and that the principles on which such decisions are based may be made clear in the interests of the public?
§ Mr. LLOYD GEORGEIt is open to representatives of the Press and the professional organisations to attend these appeals provided that the referee and the appellant do not object, and no doubt any decisions which are of sufficient general interest will be made public.
