§ Mr. BIRRELLThe hon. Member will find the Amendments in to-day's list of Amendments. Under Sub-section (5) of Clause 37 of the Bill a member of the Royal Irish Constabulary or Dublin Metropolitan Police to whom a compensation allowance is granted will have power to commute the allowance for a lump sum.
