§ Mr. BURNSAs I informed the hon. Member for the Bow and Bromley Division on the 14th ultimo, I understand that the Departmental Committee appointed to examine the existing Poor Law Orders with a view to their consolidation and amendment, contemplate the drafting of an Order dealing with the management of Poor Law institutions, but I have not yet received a Report from them on the subject.
