Mr. HARCOURTThe Town Commissioners of Port-of-Spain were superseded by the present Town Board on the 1st May, 1907. The debt of the Municipality is given in the Colony's Blue Book for the year 1906–7 as £214,226, and in that for the year 1910–11 as £255,327.
