§ Mr. FIELDasked the Secretary for War whether facilities will be given to the temporary civilians of the establishment for Engineer services to lay a statement of their case before the Royal Commission on the Civil Service now sitting; and if he will make known to these gentlemen the fact that such a Commission is sitting?
§ Colonel SEELYThe Royal Commission has announced in the public Press its1458W willingness to consider any representations addressed to it either by associations or individuals. I should suppose that all concerned are aware of this fact, but my hon. Friend's question will give-further publicity, and I do not therefore think that special notification is now necessary.
