§ Mr. RUNCIMANPerhaps the hon. Member will supply me with particulars of the cases to which he refers, so far as Birkenhead is concerned. As regards Glasgow, I believe that some little delay arose owing to the fact that the stock coming forward was in excess of the accommodation available there.
