§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELThe Irish Parliament will have power to increase the duty on the Excise Licence to kill game in Ireland, and, if they do so, the person killing game in Ireland must pay the extra, duty under the Irish law, which has force, in addition to the United Kingdom law, under Clauses 15 and 38 of the Bill.
