§ Mr. BURNSThe Annual Report of the Registrar General is issued as a Parliamentary Paper. I do not think it is necessary that the Quarterly Returns, which are superseded by the Annual Report, should be circulated as Parliamentary Papers, but arrangements will be made for these Returns being placed in the Library.
