§ Lord CHARLES BERESFORDasked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether he can see his way to make an allowance to the labourers at the Royal Naval Hospital, Haslar, when they are employed preparing bodies found at sea for the inquests?
§ Dr. MACNAMARAThese cases fortunately rarely occur, but, when they do, the claims of labourers concerned are considered. I do not think it necessary to have a fixed scale of allowance. The matter is better dealt with according to the circumstances of each case.
