§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Land Commission inform me that the delay in completing the order dividing the holding and annuity in the case referred to in the question arose through the original tenant purchaser's unpunctuality in the payment of his instalments. The order has now been completed, and a separate receivable order has been issued to Daniel Doody for the payment of the May, 1912, instalment of the annuity now payable by him.
