§ Mr. HORNERasked whether the auditor of the Local Government Board for Ireland recently reported grave irregularities by the clerk and solicitor of the Carlow Rural District Council, involving a large sum of money in connection with several labourers' cottage schemes; and whether any and, if so, what steps the Board intends to take in reference to the council and these two officials?
