Mr. BUXTONMr. Peter Wright has been appointed to take the place of Mr. Havelock Wilson on the Merchant Shipping Advisory Committee during Mr. Wilson's absence. Mr. Wright was nominated by the National Sailors' and Firemen's Union, of which Mr. Havelock Wilson is president, and which, I understand, is fully satisfied as to the practical qualifications of Mr. Wright.
