Sir GILBERT PARKERasked the President of the Board of Trade whether it is the intention of the Government to proceed with the Pilotage Bill this Session; and, if so, can he give an approximate date for the Second Reading?
Mr. BUXTONAs my hon. Friend the Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Trade stated in reply to the hon. Member for Cambridge on the 26th February, I propose to introduce a Bill dealing with pilotage during the present Session. I am not, however, in a position to fix a date at present.
