§ Colonel SEELYThe information is as follows:—One hundred and six candidates were originally declared successful; 61 additional cadetships were subsequently allotted to competitors; 24 candidates (12.3 per cent, of all those examined) failed to reach the ordinary medical standard, but ten of these were subsequently admitted on the recommendation of the appeal board.
