§ Colonel SEELYOfficers in cadet corps, prior to the foundation of the Officers' Training Corps, did not receive outfit allowance. On subsequently being transferred to the Officers' Training Corps and on receiving a commission in the Territorial Force such officers were granted the cost of any alteration of uniform that was necessary, but they were not entitled to the outfit allowance any more than Yeomanry or Volunteer officers who were transferred to the Territorial Force.
