§ Mr. TENNANTThe present contractors are the Anglo-American Oil Company. The annual requirements are relatively so small that they fall far short of the stock available, but, as I have already informed the hon. Gentleman, the best method of meeting war requirements is at the present moment engaging the most careful attention.
