§ Mr. RUNCIMANThe Treasury have authorised the appointment of an Agricultural Commissioner for Wales on a salary of £800 per annum, of ah additional inspector (Welsh-speaking) on a salary of £300, rising by annual increments of £15 to £400, to act as Secretary to the Welsh Agricultural Council, and of an additional second division clerk (also Welsh-speaking) for clerical work in the office in connection with the work of the Board in Wales. These are the only new salaries provided for, but there will be a rearrangement in course of time of the Board's staff in Wales.
